The Unesco "Bagna Cauda" was born here, in Nizza Monferrato. Around the crossroads of the ways from the sea to the mountains where smugglers buried the precious salt under the anchovies. And here officially starts the annual Bagna Cauda day with a huge dinner based on the original and fundamentalist recipe.
